British monarch grabs headlines for his personality amid Prince Harry’s message controversy<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

King Charles, who’s known for his warm interactions with public during his royal engagements, grabbed headlines for his behaviour and personality amid Prince Harry’s message controversy.<\/p>\n

Carol Vorderman, Welsh broadcaster, hailed the British monarch, 77, for his “charming” and “lovely” demeanour, with the writer admitting she’s never felt nervous in the King’s company.<\/p>\n

The two have met several times, with Vorderman being involved with the King’s Trust for more than three decades, back when it was the Prince’s Trust before Charles ascended to the throne.<\/p>\n

The media personality was full of praise for William and Harry’s dad, highlighting his commitment to numerous causes and interests he shows when speaking to people.<\/p>\n

“I’m pretty sure I’ve been an ambassador for the Trust since the 90s, so I’ve met the King and the Queen lots of times over the years. He’s always lovely and very easy to talk to.”<\/p>\n

“I even got him to do the ‘Mobot’ on stage once,” Vorderman told\u00a0Woman&Home<\/i>.<\/p>\n

She went on: “Whatever people think about the monarchy politically, King Charles keeps turning up for the Trust and doing all he can.”<\/p>\n

She explained the monarch’s personality and behaviour in her own words, saying:”He stands up for what he believes in. He spoke about the environment all those years ago, and people mocked what he said, but it all came to pass.<\/p>\n

“I think the Trust really is one of his greatest accolades. It’s one of his greatest successes, if not his greatest success.”<\/p>\n

It emerges amid Harry’s\u00a0flirty Facebook messages controversy he allegedly exchanged with journalist Charlotte Griffiths from 2011\u20132012.<\/p>\n

The texts have resurfaced during his privacy trial against Associated Newspapers, allegedly contradicting parts of his testimony.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
